The integration made it possible to upload successful bidders into Bitrix24 in accordance with Federal Laws No. 223, 615 and 44 in regions defined by a customer. In addition to data on successful bidders, the data on tender bidders is also uploaded in accordance with Federal Law No. 44.
Set of data on successful bidders, in accordance with Federal Laws No. 44 and 223, is built in developed app using complex logic: an analysis and aggregation of the data received from GosBase service over last day (as more stable data) and online data (as newer one, but potentially changeable later, since the data is not final) are performed.
The information on tender is received by Bitrix24 as «Deal» to which a participant company or successful bidder is attached. Depending on status of company regarding tender, the deal has different stages in Bitrix24.
